SUPERCHARGED was Crunchyroll's first swing at a global multi-show campaign. Fall 2023 was stacked with new shows and big returns, and instead of treating each anime like its own island, they bundled everything under one loud, color-saturated push.

The idea: turn the whole season into an event people actually cared about before it aired. Hype the drops. Get fans arguing in the replies. They localized it for different regions, ran it across every platform they had, and didn't hold back on the energy. It landed. Conversation spiked. Engagement was real.

And for Crunchyroll, fresh off merging with Funimation, it was a chance to remind people they weren't just a library anymore, they could run a moment.
