I'm an Art and Creative Director. Honestly, the best part isn't the polished final presentation. It's the messy middle, when you're stuck in a room with your team, everyone's tired, and then someone says one thing that breaks the whole problem open. Suddenly the work is better than anything I could've done alone at my desk alone.
